DeMitra Goodloe (She/Her) Eagle's Eye View provides a different perspective on life challenges. I have been a therapist for over 15 years, and strongly believe that there isn't a one size fits all methodology when it comes to therapy. Just as there is a uniqueness to each life experience, there needs to be a uniqueness and flexibility with each therapeutic experience. Most people already have a general idea of what they want or need from life. In taking the time to listen and understand, we will help individuals to better formulate their barriers and strengths. Thereby, also generating a more productive and better quality of life. My ability to help individuals understand their needs, desires, dreams, and path will help them view life from their greatest vantage point (whole self). I will use interventions which include DBT, MI, CBT to help them explore ways to reach their life goals. I specialize in people and understanding their place in life. Each one of my clients will understand that we walk this journey together. After, they have come to a place of feeling whole again then they will spread their wings and fly, living their best quality of life.
